GTD Stuff 流程

GTD Stuff 流程
(1) 收集 (Collecting )
将所有的 Stuff 放入 Inbox。
(2) 处理 (Processing)
将 Inbox 里的 Stuff 按类别放入一个可信赖的系统中。
1) 不需要的做的放到 Trash 里；
2) 不急于做的归类到Someday/May be(Hold)，参考资料归类到Archive中；
3) 需要做的归类于Action类。

(3) 组织 (Organizing)
对需要做的任务进一步进行分门别类和分解处理。
1)对Action类中2分钟内能搞定的，立即行动；
2)可以或需要委托他人的，委托给他人，并列入委托等待清单；
3)需要大而复杂的任务放入任务清单 (Project List) ，并列出 Project Plan List，继续分解为可以在2小时内完成的任务。
4)一般的任务按轻重缓急列入下一步行动清单 (To-Do List)，日程表中。
(4) 回顾 (Review)
随时和定期Review，即时修正和维护系统。
1) 日程表、下一步清单的 Review 可以随时进行；
2) 定期 Review 利用可以决策行动及管理任务。如Weekly Review.
3) 不定期 Review 如当一个项目需作大的调整时。
Review 的基本工作就是：
1) 收集和处理 "Stuff";
2) Review System;
3) 更新 lists，包括日程表，下一步行动清单，等待清单，任务计划清单，任务项目清单，也许/将来清单，参考资料，"Stuff"。
